Return & Exchange Policy

We’re sorry to hear you need to return an item. If you would like to return a product purchased on go247men.com you may do so within 30 days of purchase. In order to return a product please email info@go247men.com to obtain a return authorization form.

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please include original sales receipt with return shipment. GO24·7 is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns – when sending back your exchange or return items please be sure to add insurance to your shipment. We will process your return as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
