How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is confirmed and placed, it cannot be canceled. You can return any items post receiving your order.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Our top priority is to get you your order as quickly as possible which means we cannot make any changes once you've placed it. This includes modifying your order, changing your shipping address, and/or canceling your order.
When will my credit card be charged?

Where do you ship to? Do you ship to Canada?
We ship product to the continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are not available at this time.
What if my product order is lost/missing or damaged in transit?
If you have not received your package, please file a claim with the carrier your package shipped through, which will be UPS. Once the claim is filed, please reach out to returns@unitehair.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Does GO247 offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer Ground Shipping to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions.
Are the products available in LITERS? (We get A LOT of requests for this).
Yes, liters of our GO247 Shampoo, Mint Thickening Shampoo, and Conditioner are available in liter size.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes, all GO247 products are cruelty free as registered by PETA.
Do your products contain sulfates, parabens, sodium chloride?
All GO247 products are free of sulfates, sodium chloride, and paraben free.
Which products are gluten-free?
All of our products have no gluten added, however they are not produced in a full gluten free facility. If there are any concerns with this, we suggest consulting a physician.
Do your products help with dandruff?
GO247 products use the highest ingredients, keeping scalp and hair health a focus. However none of the GO247 products are cures or treatments for dandruff.
What is the difference between a paste, a wax, and a cream?
Hair wax, pastes and creams all have varying levels of hold and texture that they provide your hair. Hair wax tends to keep a style in place longer through the day. Hair paste typically provides more versatility and ability to rework your hair if you choose throughout the day. Creams are the lightest of the three. Waxes, pastes and creams also work better with different hair textures. For example, creams tend to be easier to apply and work into longer hair, while waxes begin ideal for medium to thicker textured shorter hair.
Do GO247 products have an expiration date?
We do not have expiration dates, however we suggest that the products are used within 12 months of initially opening them.
Do you offer samples of your products?
We do not currently offer samples of the GO247 product range.
